Q: What is the preorder system?
A: ShopXYAURA runs on a pre-order system. This means your item is made and prepared after your order is placed. Once we confirm with our vendor, your item is processed, shipped to us, and then sent out to you. This system ensures exclusivity and keeps our collections limited.

Q: What does “business days” mean?
A: Business days are Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays. So if we say “10–12 business days,” that means it could take up to two and a half weeks before shipping begins.

Q: Why is my order delayed?
A: Since we work with overseas vendors, processing and shipping can sometimes be affected by things like customs checks, tariffs, or carrier delays. These are out of our control, but we do our best to keep everything moving smoothly.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Processing takes 10–12 business days before your order is shipped out.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping typically takes 15–20 business days after processing. We ship with USPS and UPS.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: All sales are final due to the preorder system. Please double-check your size chart and shipping details before ordering.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Q: Are your sets true-to-size?
A: Yes! All of our two-piece sets are true-to-size with amazing stretch, and they’re tall girl, short girl, and plus-size friendly.

A: A size chart is available on our website to help you choose your best fit.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some items may restock, but most of our collections are limited. If you love something, grab it while it’s available.
